Scholarships and Bursaries

St Philip's College offers a number of opportunities for financial assistance each year, including scholarships and bursaries (fee assistance).

The College has been gifted more scholarships and they’re for any student (Year 7 – 12) whose family is struggling with cost-of-living pressures. Our desire, and that of our generous donors is to relieve financial hardship for our families.

The Process to Apply is Easy!

  1. Read the ‘Fee Relief’ Scholarship Information and Application Form and the Selection Criteria
  2. Complete the Application Form
  3. Complete the Declaration of Assistance Form
  4. Collect and include ALL necessary documents and SUBMIT with your application.
  5. Applications can be emailed to: registrar@stphilips.nt.edu.au (ensure you’ve attached all the necessary paperwork) OR you can deliver to College Reception (Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm).

    Closing date: Friday 28 March 2025.

Please note: Scholarships are not available to students already receiving financial assistance and staff members of St Philip’s College

St Philip's is proud to offer 20 x Year 7 scholarships for new students enrolling at the College.

Applications for the the Year 7 Scholarship will be open later in 2025.

The St Philip's College Music Scholarship is designed to assist musically able students to attend the College.  The scholarship provides 50% of annual College tuition fees and is tenable for two years.

Two scholarships are available:

  • Junior Music Scholarship – for students who will be entering Year 7 only, and
  • Senior Music Scholarship – for Year 11 or 12 students (new or current). 

Applications for the 2026 Music Scholarships will be open in late 2025.

The PLP (Personal Learning Plan Scholarship), donated by former teacher Karen Speros, is designed to assist students to continue their education at the College in Year 11. The scholarship provides $1000 towards tuition costs for one year.

Applications for the 2026 PLP Scholarship will be open in late 2026.

A limited number of Bursaries (Fee Assistance) are offered by the College in all year levels.
